DO I NEED A RESERVATION?

Reservations are required. Please make sure to sign up in advance and recognize there will be full classes. We operate boutique, exclusive classes. This is to insure professionalism for all clients. Patiently wait for an email or text to alert if you are off the waitlist.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We implement a $20 “no-show” fee. This is when a client does not show to class without a courtesy call, text, or email. We ask for this respect so we in turn can respect our waitlisted students. Thank you in advance!

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

We do not have a designated parking lot. There is street parking and four parking lots available throughout downtown for your use. Free parking is located behind CVS or off COURT STREET behind the Hall of Records.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING OR WEAR?

We recommend bringing water and towel for your mat. Wear sneakers and sweat-wicking clothing. We provide all equipment needed.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFORE CLASS?

This is a personal preference. We recommend a small snack and stable blood sugar for all classes. Please drink water post class with us.

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?

Please prepare to be with us for 40-60 minutes. Leaving early can be interpreted as disrespectful to your fellow teammates. Please discuss any personal needs with the instructor beforehand.
