Client Liability Waiver
Margo’s Low-Impact Health Club

Welcome to Margo’s Low-Impact Health Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”). By accessing our facilities, participating in any programs, or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. This waiver applies to all individuals, regardless of age, ability, gender, or background. Please read carefully.
1. Assumption of Risk Participation in fitness classes, exercises, and other activities at the Studio involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other physical injuries. By engaging in any activity at the Studio, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, regardless of your individual fitness level.
2. Health and Medical Clearance By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. If you have any health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in any of the Studio’s programs. Please notify the Studio of any specific needs, limitations, or accommodations required to ensure your safety and comfort.
3. Release of Liability In consideration of using the Studio’s facilities and services, you release and discharge Margo’s Low-Impact Health Club, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation. This includes claims of negligence by the Studio or its staff.
4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims brought by others arising out of your actions, omissions, or participation in activities at the Studio.
5. Emergency Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency, you authorize the Studio to obtain medical treatment on your behalf. You assume responsibility for any resulting medical expenses and agree to provide accurate emergency contact information prior to participation.
6. Media Release The Studio may occasionally capture photographs or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant the Studio permission to use your image or likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements. If you prefer to opt-out, please notify us in writing.
7. Accessibility and Inclusivity The Studio is committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you require any accommodations to access our facilities, participate in classes, or utilize our services, please contact us in advance so we can ensure your needs are met.
8. No Guarantees While the Studio’s programs are designed to enhance fitness and wellness, individual results vary. The Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation.
9. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in New Jersey courts.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance By accessing the Studio’s facilities, participating in its programs, or using its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this liability waiver. Your participation indicates acceptance of these terms.
