  1. “It may seem like a no-brainer but my number one tip is to find a workout that you LOVE! When you find movement that you genuinely enjoy, it makes it easier to prioritize it."

  2. “My second tip is to schedule your workout in advance. Pick one day a week and set an alarm on your phone. Schedule all of your MARGO’S classes for the week in one go. It makes it so your less likely to come to class based on how you’re feeling in the moment.”

  3. “The best way to fool-proof your routine? Get a workout buddy! A friend that comes to class with you is worth their salt! And if you don’t have a friend to come to MARGO’S with, I’ll be your buddy! When someone is counting on you, you’re less likely to flake.”
